  • NCC Code of Practices

    First published in 1987 and re-drafted following consultation with regulators in 1997, the Code of Practice for Selling and Siting Caravan Holiday Homes was drawn up by the industry's trade bodies to protect consumers.

    The Code comprises:

    • Selling techniques
    • Tenure
    • Removal of the Caravan from the park or pitch
    • Pitch fees and other charges
    • Resale of caravans
    • Substantial cahnges in arrangements on a park
    • Terms of Licence Agreements
    • Complaints procedure

    All our chassis conform to the NCC code of practice as follows:
