Modular Building Frames
Bankside Patterson has developed an innovative bolted steel frame product, aimed at the rapidly expanding modular structural steel frame
segment of the modular building market.
Each frame consists of galvanised steel joists which span the module and are bolted to longitudinal beams. The robust design allows for cable trunking
trays to be incorporated in the floor if required and the joist detail allows the floor to be simply underdrawn with sheet steel to retain and protect
insulation and contribute to fire resistance.
